Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Veréa purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

7-day cooling-off period

In line with South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may return an unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Hygiene & personal-care items

For health and safety reasons, personal-care and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
